The mQ Cloud App Store: Connecting Your Apps
The App Store is where you connect measureQuick to the other software and programs your company uses. Open it from App Store in the left menu at cloud.measurequick.com.
Finding an app
Use the filter buttons at the top to narrow the list:
- CRM & FSM: field service software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Jobber.
- Programs: industry and utility programs such as ACCA and NCI.
- Home: homeowner devices such as Sensi thermostats.
Each card shows its status:
- Connect: not set up yet. Click it to start.
- Connected: linked to your account in that app. Click Manage to change the settings.
- Enabled: turned on for your company.
Each app page has the same layout: the app's status at the top, then Settings, and About and Why connect sections with step-by-step connect instructions.
ServiceTitan
On the ServiceTitan page you can:
- Email your ServiceTitan tenant ID to technical@measurequick.com. Once we confirm a connection is made, you can add the Client Secret and Client ID and click Save credentials.
- See the job tags measureQuick can add to ServiceTitan jobs, and click Verify mQ tags to check which ones are set up.
- Link each measureQuick user to their ServiceTitan technician. Users with matching emails are linked automatically.
- Choose which job statuses show up.
ServiceTitan links in measureQuick open straight to the right job.

Jobber
On the Jobber page you can link each measureQuick user to their Jobber account, choose which job statuses show up, and Reconnect or Disconnect. Users with matching emails are linked automatically. For setup steps and what syncs each way, see Jobber integration with measureQuick.
Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro syncs customers and jobs and attaches measureQuick reports to invoices. See Housecall Pro integration with measureQuick for setup.
ACCA and NCI
The ACCA and NCI pages explain each program and how to verify your membership. Both are added to your subscription as add-ons from Billing > Change plan. See Managing Billing in the mQ Cloud, the ACCA Option and the National Comfort Institute (NCI) Option.
Sensi Thermostat (Coming Soon)
Sensi smart thermostats can share runtime and comfort data with your company when the homeowner allows it.
- On the Sensi Thermostat page, click Enable. This adds a Connect Sensi account option to every site page.
- On a site page in Asset Manager, click Connect Sensi account. The homeowner signs in to Sensi to authorize access, and can revoke it at any time.
- Live thermostat data then shows on that site and in the homeowner's portal.
