Connecting your NCI Member account with measureQuick

If you're an NCI member, make sure to enter your member number in the measureQuick company dashboard before activating the NCI Add-On option.

  1. Find your NCI Account Number by logging into your account. It will be located at the top of the page above the Logout button.
  2. Log into the measureQuick Cloud and go to your Company page, the NCI account number will be displayed as "None".
  3. Click the "Edit" button at the right bottom corner of the page.
  4. Enter your NCI Account Number near the bottom of the page and hit Save.

Once your account is linked, your NCI account number and project credits will appear here.

How to sign up to access NCI workflows

NCI offers a set of exclusive workflows within measureQuick that are available as a premium add-on to the standard $49/month Premier Services subscription. Access to these NCI workflows is priced at $10 per billable technician per month. However, if your company is an active NCI member, access to these workflows is included at no additional cost.

Workflows include:

  • ComfortMaxx Cooling (Launched June 2025)
  • ComfortMaxx Heating (coming soon)
  • CoolMaxx (coming soon)
  • HeatMaxx (coming soon)

How to activate the NCI Option WITH an existing subscription (Company Admins Only)

Since your company already has an active measureQuick subscription, you can simply edit your subscription and add the NCI option to enable access.

  1. Log into cloud.measurequick.com
  2. Click on "Company" in the left hand menu then click "Subscription Billing."
  3. Click "Edit" under the Subscription section.
  4. Select the NCI Option
  5. Click "Continue to Subscribe"

The card on file will be charged for the additional fee, if any.

How to activate the NCI Option WITHOUT an existing subscription

This applies when you have a measureQuick account but no active subscription. This guide will show you how to start a subscription and enable the NCI Option.

  1. Click on "Company" in the left hand menu then click "Subscription Billing."
  2. Enter Address Information and Payment Source information. Choose between credit card or ACH.
  3. After payment source is saved, click "Continue" under the Subscription section.
  4. Select the NCI Option
  5. Click "Continue to Subscribe"

Congratulations! All billable users under the company account now have access to the NCI workflows in measureQuick.

How to access the workflows in the app

Now that you activated the NCI Option, any billable user in your company will have access to the workflows in the app.

  1. Open measureQuick and click "Start Project" or if you use the Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan integration, start with selecting a Dispatched Project
  2. Scroll through the Project list until you come to NCI Workflow list.
  3. Select which workflow you'd like to use.
