Navigate to the Company Settings or Integrations section
Look for the "Elite Air Filters Integration" option
Enter your unique referral URL in the designated field
Save your changes
How It Works
Once the integration is set up, your technicians will see new options in the measureQuick mobile app:
During a service call, technicians can enter filter information as usual under the Filter section of any workflow.
After entering filter details, two new options will appear:
a. "Set up Replacement": This allows the technician to immediately enroll the customer in the filter subscription program.
b. "Send Email": This sends the customer an email with their filter details and a link to set up a subscription at a time that's convenient for them.
If "Set up Replacement" is chosen:
The app will guide the technician through the subscription setup process
The technician can complete the signup on behalf of the customer
If "Send Email" is chosen:
An email will be sent to the customer with their filter details
The email will include a link to set up their subscription
Customers can complete the process at their convenience
All subscriptions set up through this process will be linked to your company's account, ensuring you receive commission on both initial and recurring orders.
Important Notes
This integration requires an internet connection to function
Emails are sent from the device, so ensure your technicians' devices have email capability
You can track subscription signups and commissions through your Elite Air Filters account
