No billing or payment data is shared between platforms. If a user's email address is identical in both Jobber and measureQuick, the system matches them automatically.
Configure which Jobber job statuses appear in measureQuick. We recommend only keeping "Active (any not-yet-completed)" selected. However, if your technician can't see any jobs in measureQuick, it could be because too many jobs are attempting to be sent to mQ. To fix this issue, try adjusting the Status setting to fewer statuses.
To check: go to measureQuick Cloud > App Store> Jobber. If jobs aren't appearing or the integration isn't syncing, see the Jobber Help Center.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Save Test In/Save Test Out is how to save the measurements (temperatures, pressures, etc.) that will appear on any type of report.
To send photos back to Jobber in real time (instead of all at once when you finish), go to Settings > Photo Settings and enable Auto Sync Photos to Cloud. This prevents large batches of photos from being sent at the end of a job.
They have taken pictures and saved Test In and/or Test Out. They are free to Exit, then Exit & Sync to Cloud.
This will save equipment information and backup the job to our cloud for future visits to that site. In the event of failed connection to the cloud, the technician can Exit & Save to Device. Once back in cellular or wifi range, they can go to the 3 dot menu and select Sync.
