Asset Manager: Customers, Sites, Equipment and Jobs

This article covers the new mQ Cloud, released October 27, 2026. For a map of every page, see Getting Around the New mQ Cloud.

Asset Manager keeps every customer in one place: their sites, their equipment, past jobs and reports. Open it from Asset Manager in the left menu at cloud.measurequick.com. It replaces the customer and project lists in the classic Cloud.

The four tabs

  • Customers: every customer, with a count of their sites, equipment and jobs.
  • Sites: every job address.
  • Equipment: every system your techs have tested.
  • Jobs: every project. Turn on Show only mine to see just your own jobs, or start one with New job.

Each tab has a search box, a time filter, a List / Map toggle and a button to add a new record.

Add customers

One at a time

  1. On the Customers tab, click New customer.
  2. Enter the name, an optional company, email, phone and address.
  3. Click Create customer.

Import from a spreadsheet

  1. On the Customers tab, click Import CSV.
  2. If you are starting from scratch, click Template to download a CSV with the right columns.
  3. Click Choose CSV, match your columns to the measureQuick fields, check the preview, then import.

Each row creates a customer. If the row has an address, a site is created for it as well.

Merge or delete duplicate customers

  1. On the Customers tab, click Manage. A checkbox appears next to each customer.
  2. Tick the records you want to change.
  3. Click Merge into one to combine duplicates, or Delete to remove them.
  4. Click Done when you are finished.

Records saved without a name are collected in the Unnamed records card at the bottom of the list. Open one to fill in the name, or use Manage to merge or delete it.

Customer, site and equipment pages

  • Customer: the customer's sites and equipment, their job history across every site, and Edit and Add site buttons. If the customer came from a connected app such as Jobber, the page shows the link to that record.
  • Site: a map of the address, the equipment installed there, the job history, and the Customer Comfort Portal card (see below).
  • Equipment: make, model and serial for the condenser and air handler, the job history for that system, and links back to its site and customer.

The job page

Click any job in Asset Manager, TestTracker or a customer's job history to open the job page. It shows:

  • Score and status: the Vitals score, completion, whether the system was benchmarked, and whether the report is ready.
  • Remote control: buttons to Start stream, Stop stream, Generate report, Benchmark, Request measurements and Request photo. The request shows up on the tech's phone. Commands reach the app only while it is open on the tech's device.
  • mQ Assist summary: a plain-language summary of the system (shown as AI system summary), with Read full summary.
  • Diagnostic issues: the problems found, with how many times each was flagged.
  • Vitals: score, status, project type, assigned tech, completion and last activity.
  • Tests: each test on the job, with its readings.
  • Files: the PDF report, with Download and Regenerate report, plus photos.
  • Customer and Site cards with Open links, and a Recent activity log.

To start another workflow on the same system, click Add workflow using this equipment.

Customer Comfort Portal

The Customer Comfort Portal card on each site page lets you invite the homeowner to see the history of their home.

  • Portal link: send the homeowner a link by Text invite, Email invite or Copy link. The link signs them in automatically and lasts 7 days.
  • Sensi Thermostat: once Sensi is enabled in the App Store, click Connect Sensi account so the homeowner can share live thermostat data on jobs and in their portal.
