Your app settings and toolbox configuration now persist across sessions. Your preferences follow you between devices when logged into the same account.

Streamlined Profile Page

The equipment profile page has been reorganized for faster data entry.

New for Premier Subscribers

mQ+ Interface

A streamlined, modern interface with AI-powered mQ Assist guidance, designed for technicians who need to get the job done quickly in the field. Premier subscribers can choose between mQ Classic (the full-featured legacy interface) and mQ+ at any time. This is a company-wide setting managed by the account administrator.

  • mQ Classic: Full-featured, legacy interface with detailed data entry, all tabs, and comprehensive reporting tools. Best for comprehensive testing, detailed documentation, and office work.
  • mQ+: Streamlined, modern interface with AI-powered assistance. Best for field technicians, quick diagnostics, and hands-free operation.

Company administrators can build custom checklists that apply to specific workflow types (Cooling Vitals, Cooling Service, Gas Furnace, Heat Pump Heating, Visual Documentation, and more). Checklists are configured in the app and in mQ Cloud.

  • Checklist items support checkboxes, photos, and video clips up to 30 seconds
  • Items can be marked as required, include notes fields, and have customizable themes
  • Set which workflow position items appear in: beginning, before measurements, after measurements, or end
  • Items can be expanded or collapsed by default

Quick Profiles

Save common equipment configurations as reusable templates. When you arrive at a job with familiar equipment, load a Quick Profile to pre-fill the system profile instead of entering it from scratch.
