measureQuick uses three notification channels:
Each channel can be configured independently.
Tap Push Notifications to see the available categories. Toggle each one ON or OFF:
| Category | Description |
|---|---|
| Test Completion | Alerts when a test finishes processing or a team member completes a test on a shared project |
| Team Activity | Notifications when team members create, update, or complete projects |
| Subscription Reminders | Advance notice before subscription renewals or expirations |
| Software Updates | Alerts when a new version of measureQuick is available |
| System Alerts | Service announcements, scheduled maintenance, or platform status updates |

Tap Email Notifications to manage email-based alerts:
To change the email address receiving notifications, update your account email under Settings > mQ Account > Account Info.
Some notification categories support frequency controls:
Frequency settings apply to push and email notifications separately. In-app notifications always display when you open the app regardless of frequency settings.
measureQuick's notification settings control what the app sends. Your device's OS controls whether those notifications actually appear.
iOS:
If notifications are disabled at the iOS level, measureQuick cannot deliver push notifications regardless of in-app settings.
Android:
Android allows per-channel control, so you can enable some measureQuick notification types at the OS level while silencing others.
Both platforms require the initial notification permission prompt to be accepted when you first install the app. If you denied that prompt, you must enable notifications manually through the OS settings described above.

First, check OS-level settings (Step 6). Notifications must be enabled both in the measureQuick app and in your device's system settings. If both are enabled, confirm your app is updated to the latest version and that you have a stable network connection.
Switch team activity and test completion notifications to a Daily or Weekly Digest frequency. You can also disable specific categories you do not need. Managers on large teams may prefer the digest format to avoid notification overload.
Notification sounds are controlled by your device OS, not by measureQuick. Adjust sound settings in your device's notification preferences for the measureQuick app.
Confirm that their account has push notifications enabled for the Team Activity category and that their device OS allows measureQuick notifications. Each user manages their own notification settings independently.
