Report Settings & Customization

Opening Report Settings

Tap Settings (gear icon) and scroll to Report Settings or PDF Options.

Report Types

  • Basic Free / Classic Report (Free) - Test data and pass/fail results. Limited customization.
  • mQ Report / Pro Report (Premier Services) - Full branding, color-coded Vitals Score, A-F letter grades, detailed measurement layouts, all customization options below.

Branding Options (Premier Services)

Company Logo

Toggle Include Company Logo ON. Your logo must be uploaded through cloud.measurequick.com under Company settings (not in the app itself).

If the logo does not appear on reports after uploading, go to Settings > mQ Account > Refresh Account Info in the app to pull the updated logo.

Technician Profile Picture

Toggle Include Profile Picture ON to display the technician's photo on reports. Choose Circular Profile Photo for a round crop or leave it off for rectangular.

Report Content Sections

Toggle each section on or off based on what you want in the PDF:

  • Include Cover Page - branded cover with logo, technician name, address, date
  • Include Photo Page(s) - project photos organized by category (recommended: 6 photos per page)
  • Include BluVac Report - appends evacuation data when a BluVac gauge was connected
  • Include Measurement Range Indicators - green/yellow/red indicators next to each measurement value (recommended: ON)

Theme and Cloud Saving

  • Theme: Light (default, prints well) or Dark (distinctive but uses more ink).
  • Save to Cloud: ON. Reports become accessible from cloud.measurequick.com for re-sharing or download at any time.

Locking Settings Company-Wide

Administrators can lock report settings for consistent branding across all technicians:

  1. Go to Settings > Company-Wide Settings (Manager or Owner role required).
  2. Toggle locks ON for Report Settings and Report Choices.

This is also available from cloud.measurequick.com. When locked, individual technicians cannot override report appearance.

Tips & Common Issues

Logo not appearing on reports

Upload the logo via cloud.measurequick.com (not the app). Then in the app: Settings > mQ Account > Refresh Account Info. Confirm you are generating an mQ Report, not a Classic Report (Classic does not include branding).

Reports look different between technicians

Each technician configures their own report preferences unless an admin locks the settings company-wide. See "Locking Settings Company-Wide" above.

Photos missing from reports

Confirm Include Photo Page(s) is ON. Photos must be captured through measureQuick or attached to the project within the app.
