measureQuick gives you two ways to deliver reports to customers: attach a PDF to an email or text (see Project Sharing), or generate a cloud link that opens an interactive online report.
PDFs work well for permanent records and CRM attachments. Cloud links are better when you want the customer to view results on any device without downloading a file. The online report viewer is mobile-friendly, loads quickly, and displays the same data as the PDF in a responsive layout.
Both options require a Premier Services subscription.
Before you can share via cloud link, the project must be synced. Tap Exit and Sync from your completed project and confirm the green checkmark appears on the Results tab. If you have already synced, skip this step.
[Visual Reference] After syncing, a green checkmark appears on the Results tab indicating the project has been uploaded to the cloud and is ready for sharing.
Open the synced project and tap Share. Select Cloud Link (rather than PDF export). measureQuick generates a unique URL pointing to the online report viewer.
You can copy the link to your clipboard, send it via text message, or email it directly from the share sheet. The link is short enough to paste into an SMS without truncation.
When the customer taps the link, their browser opens the measureQuick online report viewer. The page is mobile-friendly and does not require the customer to install the app or create an account.
The viewer displays:
The layout adjusts to the customer's screen size. On a phone, the report scrolls vertically with expandable sections. On a desktop, it displays in a wider format with sections visible at a glance.

Cloud report links have access controls to protect customer data:

Before generating the link, you can control what appears in the shared report:
These customization options match what is available for PDF reports. The cloud viewer renders the same content you would see in the PDF, formatted for the browser.

You can also share cloud links from the web-based cloud dashboard, not just the mobile app. This is useful when:
Log in to the cloud dashboard, locate the project, and use the share option to generate or copy the link.

| Scenario | Best option |
|---|---|
| Customer is standing with you on site | PDF via AirDrop or text |
| Customer will review later on their phone | Cloud link via text |
| CRM documentation (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro) | PDF attachment |
| Customer asks for the report weeks later | Cloud link from dashboard |
| Customer needs a printable record | PDF via email |
| Sharing with a property manager or landlord | Cloud link (no download needed) |
Use both methods when it makes sense. Send the cloud link for immediate viewing and follow up with a PDF for their records.
Check whether the link has expired. Generate a new link from the cloud dashboard or the app. If the link is still active, ask the customer to try a different browser. The viewer supports all modern browsers on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
The cloud link shares the report type you selected when generating the link. Choose the Vitals Report for a simplified view. There is no option to share a single score without the surrounding report context.
measureQuick does not currently provide read receipts or view tracking for cloud links. If confirmation is important, ask the customer to reply after they have reviewed it.
