The measureQuick report is a communication tool. It translates technical measurements into a format that customers, managers, and team members can use. For customers, it builds trust through data transparency. For managers, it provides quality assurance across the team. For CRM systems, it creates automatic documentation tied to the work order.
As one industry source puts it: "Technicians can confirm their diagnosis, use it as a talking point with homeowners, and increase ticket revenues."
Before sharing, you need a PDF report. From your completed project, tap Generate PDF. measureQuick offers two report types:
Select the report type appropriate for your audience. You can generate both types from the same project.
Tip: Configure your report settings in Settings > Report Options before generating. You can set your company logo, choose a light or dark theme, and decide whether to show range indicators. These settings persist across all future reports.
After generating the PDF, the standard iOS/Android share sheet appears. From here you can:
Tip: Sharing the Vitals Report with the customer while you are still on site gives you the opportunity to walk them through it in person. This is more effective than emailing it later.
When a customer receives the Vitals Report, they see:
The report does not require HVAC knowledge to interpret. A score of 85 with a B grade tells the customer their system is good but has room for improvement. A score of 45 with an F tells them there are problems that need attention.

Managers do not need technicians to manually share reports. Once a technician taps Exit and Sync (see Cloud Sync & Backup), the project data and reports are available in the cloud.
Managers can:
This access is automatic for Manager and Owner roles on the company account. No separate sharing step is required from the technician.

If your company uses ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, measureQuick can push project data and reports directly to your CRM. This eliminates duplicate data entry and ensures every work order has measurement documentation attached.

Use the Vitals Report instead of the Pro Report for homeowner delivery. The Vitals Report uses letter grades and color-coded visuals that do not require HVAC knowledge. Save the Pro Report for your CRM and internal records.
Go to Settings > Report Options and upload your logo. The logo must be set before generating the PDF. If you generate the report first and add the logo after, regenerate the PDF to include it.
Yes. Open the project from the Results tab (or pull it from the cloud), and generate a new PDF. You can share reports from any previously synced project.
Complete both a test-in and test-out within the same project. When you generate the PDF, the report automatically includes the comparison showing measurement changes between the two tests. This is one of the most effective tools for customer communication - the customer sees concrete improvement.
