Web Portal Features

What You'll Learn

  • How to access the measureQuick web portal from a desktop browser
  • What managers can do from the web: view projects, filter, search, download reports, and export data
  • What the web portal cannot do (and why those tasks remain mobile-only)
  • How to use dashboard views and analytics

  • When to use the web portal vs. the mobile app

What You'll Need

  • Account: A measureQuick account with an active Premier Services subscription
  • Browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge (current version)
  • Connectivity: Internet connection
  • Time: 10 minutes to familiarize yourself with the web portal layout

Accessing the Web Portal

The measureQuick web portal is available at app.measurequick.com. Log in with the same credentials you use for the mobile app.

The web portal is designed for managers and office staff who need to review field data from a desktop computer. It complements the mobile app rather than replacing it.

Premier subscription is required for web portal access. Basic accounts do not have web portal functionality.

What You Can Do from the Web Portal

View All Company Projects

The project list shows every synced project across your entire company. Each entry displays the job site, technician, date, test type, and sync status. You can scroll through recent activity or search for specific projects.

Filter and Search Projects

Use the search bar and filter controls to narrow down the project list. Filter by:

  • Technician - see only one team member's work
  • Date range - focus on a specific week or month
  • Test type - cooling, heating, gas furnace, combustion
  • Status - completed, in progress

This is especially useful for quality audits. A manager reviewing last week's installations can filter to show only that date range and that test type, then step through each project.

View Test Details

Click any project to see its full detail. The web view shows all measurements, pass/fail results by subsystem, override indicators, equipment profile, and attached notes. You see the same data the technician recorded in the field.

Download PDF Reports

From the project detail view, download any generated PDF report (Classic, Pro, or Vitals). Reports download directly to your computer for filing, emailing to customers, or attaching to invoices.

Tip: The web portal is the fastest way to batch-download reports. Rather than asking each technician to email reports individually, pull them from the portal yourself.

Export Data

The web portal supports data export for projects and test results. Export options vary, but CSV export provides structured data you can open in Excel or import into other business systems.

This is useful for companies that track key metrics outside of measureQuick, such as monthly callback rates, average Vitals Scores, or pass/fail trends by technician.

What the Web Portal Does NOT Do

The web portal is a review and management tool. Several core functions are mobile-only because they require hardware or field conditions that a desktop browser cannot provide.

Mobile-Only Function Why It Requires the App
Run live tests Requires Bluetooth connection to smart probes
Connect probes BLE communication is device-to-device
Create new projects Projects originate in the field during service calls
Take photos Requires the device camera
AI System Profiler Uses the camera to photograph data plates
Generate new reports Reports are generated from live or saved test data on the device
Live streaming (TestTracker) Streams from the mobile app to viewers

The web portal displays and manages data that was collected in the field. It does not replace the mobile app for any field operation.

Dashboard Views and Analytics

The web portal provides dashboard views that summarize company activity. Depending on your subscription and configuration, dashboards may include:

  • Project volume - number of projects completed per day, week, or month
  • Technician activity - which team members are syncing projects and how frequently
  • Pass/fail overview - aggregate results across recent projects
  • Vitals Score distribution - how your jobs score on the 0-100 scale

These views give managers a high-level picture of company performance without opening individual projects. Use them to spot trends: a sudden increase in failing refrigerant charge results across the team might indicate a training gap or a batch of problematic equipment.

Team Management from the Web

Managers can perform team administration tasks from the web portal, including:

  • View team members - see all users under your company account
  • Check subscription status - verify which users have Premier seats assigned
  • Review activity - identify technicians who have not synced recently

For adding or removing users and managing Premier seat assignments, see A3 (User Management).

When to Use the Web Portal vs. the Mobile App

Task Web Portal Mobile App
Review completed projects Yes Yes
Download/batch-download reports Best option One at a time
Filter projects across the team Easier on desktop Works but smaller screen
Run a live test No Yes
Connect Bluetooth probes No Yes
Create a project No Yes
Take photos No Yes
Cloud sync a project No Yes
Team management Yes Limited
Data export to CSV Yes No

General rule: Use the mobile app in the field and the web portal in the office. Technicians rarely need the web portal. Managers benefit from it daily.

Tips & Common Issues

I cannot log in to the web portal

Verify you are using the same email and password as your mobile app account. If you reset your password on the app, use the new password for the web portal. Clear your browser cache if the login page is unresponsive.

My technician's project does not appear on the web

The technician must tap Exit and Sync on the mobile app before the project appears in the web portal. If the project shows no green checkmark on their device, it has not synced yet.

Can I edit project data from the web portal?

The web portal is primarily a read-only view of field data. Edits to project details, measurements, and equipment profiles should be made in the mobile app and re-synced.

How quickly do synced projects appear on the web?

Projects appear in the web portal within seconds of a successful sync from the mobile app. If there is a delay, refresh your browser.

Can multiple managers use the web portal at the same time?

Yes. Any user with Premier access and manager-level permissions can log in to the web portal simultaneously. Each user sees the same company data.
