Need to send or email a measureQuick report to a customer? After you generate a report, tap the Share icon in the report viewer and choose Email to send the PDF as an attachment (Text/SMS, AirDrop, Save to Files, and Print are also available). Recipients do not need a measureQuick account to open the PDF. See Sharing and Sending Reports below for every option, and Report File Size Too Large to Email if a report with many photos is too big to attach.
Report Not Generating
Reports will not open and say you need Premier access, but you are already paying
- If you are unable to open reports and see a message that you need Premier access even though you are a paying Premier Services member, this is usually a temporary sync or permissions glitch, not a lapse in your subscription.
- Close the measureQuick app completely and reopen it, and make sure the device has a stable internet connection so the app can reconfirm your Premier Services status.
- If the message still appears after you reopen the app with a working connection, email support@measurequick.com so the team can check your account. Include your account email and a screenshot of the message.
"Generate Reports" button is missing or grayed out
- You need a saved test before reports are available. Complete your measurements, then tap Save before generating a report.
- If you started a project but did not run a test workflow, there is no data to report on.
Report loads but is blank or incomplete
- Check that you saved the test (not just the project). Reports pull from saved test data.
- If the report shows Test In data but not Test Out (or vice versa), confirm you saved both tests in the project.
- Force-close the app and reopen. Occasionally the report renderer needs a fresh start.
Company Logo Not Showing on Reports
- Go to Settings > Company Profile (or the measureQuick Cloud dashboard).
- Upload your company logo. Square or rectangular images work best; PNG or JPG format.
- Logo appears on the cover page and header of branded reports.
- Only Premier Services subscribers get company-branded reports. Free accounts generate unbranded Classic reports.
If you uploaded a logo but it does not appear, check that you are generating the mQ Report (not the Classic Report). Classic reports do not include branding.
ACCA QI Certificate Not Appearing
- QI certificates require an active ACCA QI add-on on your Premier Services subscription. Check under Settings > Subscription.
- The project must meet ACCA QI requirements (specific test parameters must be within range).
- Certificates generate after the project is synced to the cloud. Ensure you have a data connection and the project has synced.
Report File Size Too Large to Email
Reports with many photos can be 5-9 MB or larger. If email rejects the attachment:
- Use Share > Save to Files and upload to a cloud storage service (Google Drive, Dropbox), then share the link.
- Reduce photo count in the project before generating.
- Use the Vitals Only report type for a smaller file.
Sharing and Sending Reports
After generating a report, tap the Share icon in the report viewer. Options include:
- Email - sends the PDF as an attachment
- Text/SMS - shares via messaging
- AirDrop (iOS) - direct transfer to nearby Apple devices
- Save to Files - saves to your phone storage
- Print - sends to a connected printer
Recipients do not need a measureQuick account to view the PDF.
