Not all library data is actually transferred in that process, so you will have to delete and reinstall mQ.

If you still have connectivity issues, make sure all the app permissions are enabled in the DEVICE settings. Go to Settings > Apps > measureQuick HVAC > Permissions and verify that all required permissions are granted.
