I just bought a new device & had all my apps transferred. Now mQ doesn’t work.

Not all library data is actually transferred in that process, so you will have to delete and reinstall mQ. If you still have connectivity issues, make sure all the app permissions are enabled in the DEVICE settings. If you're not familiar with how to do that, click here.
