Why can't I get a green check mark in my project workflow?

Open the section and complete all bold black sections or bold red sections of the page. After completing this step, tap "Complete" at the bottom of the page or the check mark at the right top corner and the section should go green.

Do NOT use the "X" mark or "Back" button at the left top corner of the screen, that's kind of like the "Cancel" button in Windows and does not necessarily save the changes made on that page.

Note: on some specialty projects (you know who you are), photos are required for document verification like that of low income.

If target zones are greyed out or missing, see Why are my target zones greyed out? For a full overview of workflows and when to use each one, see the Workflow Comparison and Usage Guide.
