Why aren’t the company QBits accessible to all my employees?

Many mQ users take it upon themselves to create their own mQ account, doing so causes duplicate companies to be created in the mQ "Cloud" database. Even if the employee creates a company that is spelled exactly the same, they will be under 2 different company accounts and they will not have access to shared QBits. Make sure all employees are registered as a user under the main company account by having someone with admin privileges create an account for them or send them an invite.

If you are experiencing this issue and need help transferring employees over to your company, you must reach out to mQ headquarters. Call us at 234-813-9178 or email info@measurequick.com. We will need the email address of the user you'd like moved into your account and we can fix it for you.
