In the Refrigeration applications, what is meant by Refrigeration class 1-5?

Some manufacturers use class 1-5 to identify the design temperature differences of their evaporator coils. The design temperature difference dictates the humidity control.

Can mQ be used on refrigerators, freezers, ice machines and wine coolers?

Yes, you can use it under Refrigeration mode. As long as you have your wireless probes in the correct places too, it should work!
