Login & Account Recovery

Login & Account Recovery

Resetting Your Password

  1. Open the measureQuick app and tap Forgot Password on the login screen.
  2. Enter the email address you used to create your account.
  3. Check your email (including spam/junk) for the reset link.
  4. Tap the link and set a new password (8+ characters).

Reset link not arriving?

  • Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  • Confirm you are using the same email you signed up with. If you used SSO (Google, Apple, Microsoft), you may not have a password-based account.
  • Wait 5 minutes and try again. Only one reset email is sent per request.
  • If the link still does not arrive, email support@measurequick.com and include the email address on your account. Support can trigger a manual reset.

Reset link expired or not working?

Reset links expire after a limited time. Request a new one from the login screen. If the page times out or shows an error, close the browser, request a fresh link, and use it immediately.

Logging In with SSO (Google, Apple, Microsoft)

measureQuick 3.6 supports sign-in through Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook, or phone number. Tap the corresponding button on the login screen.

Important: If you originally created your account with email and password, signing in with SSO using the same email may create a separate account. Your projects and data will not appear. Use the same login method you used when you first created the account.

Web vs App Login

The measureQuick app and cloud.measurequick.com use the same account. If you can log in on one but not the other:

  • Confirm you are using the same email address on both.
  • If you use SSO on the app, use the same SSO provider on the web (or vice versa).
  • Clear your browser cache if the web login page is not loading.

Wrong Email at Signup

If you created your account with the wrong email address:

  1. Email support@measurequick.com from the correct email address.
  2. Include the wrong email you signed up with and the correct email you want to use.
  3. Support will update the email on your account. Your project data and history are preserved.

Locked Out of Your Account

If password reset is not working and you cannot log in:

  1. Email support@measurequick.com with your account email, your name, and the company you belong to.
  2. Support can verify your identity and reset your credentials directly.
